At StyloBox, we aim to provide reliable and affordable delivery for every order. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 7 business days of receiving payment.

  • Processing times may vary during busy periods or based on stock availability.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is included in the product price — there are no hidden delivery fees.

  • We currently ship Australia-wide only.

  • Delivery times vary and are typically 7–21 business days, depending on your location and current courier conditions.

Delivery Estimates & Customs Delays

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

  • While we work with reliable shipping partners, we do not guarantee delivery dates due to factors outside our control — including courier delays, customs processing, and import checks.

Tracking Your Order

  • Most orders will include a tracking number, provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 21 business days, please contact us at mystylobox@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in tracking it down.

Shipping Issues or Non-Delivery

  • If your parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.

  • If your parcel is lost or severely delayed, please reach out — we will liaise with the courier to resolve it where possible.

Packaging

All StyloBoxes are securely packaged for shipping. While we aim to deliver your box in great condition, minor dents or scuffs may occur during transit. These do not affect the quality of the clothing inside.
