At StyloBox, we’re committed to delivering high-quality mystery clothing boxes curated with care and value in mind. Due to the unique nature of our products, we ask customers to please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Because each StyloBox is a surprise and packed to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item(s) arrive in a damaged or unusable condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If any item in your box arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll assess the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.

Size & Style Preferences

As boxes are curated based on your selected weight fit and style preference (men’s, women’s, or both), we cannot offer refunds for fit, colour, or style preferences. Each box is assembled from surplus clothing and styles will vary.
