Welcome to StyloBox! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Product Nature

StyloBox provides curated mystery clothing boxes based on your selected weight fit (50–60kg or 60–70kg) and style preference (men’s, women’s, or both). All items are pre-packed from available stock and are selected as a random assortment.

  • Each box is unique and may vary from advertised sample images.

  • The exact number and type of items may vary slightly depending on sizing and current stock.

  • By purchasing, you agree to receive a mystery selection and understand you won’t know specific contents in advance.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 7 business days of receiving payment.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or customs/import processing times.

  • Shipping is included in the product price for orders within Australia.

  • We are not liable for shipping delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the surprise nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on fit, colour, or style preferences.

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Eligible cases may receive a replacement item or store credit, at our discretion.

4. Fit & Sizing

StyloBox uses weight-based fit ranges to guide clothing selection. While we aim to match garments appropriately, sizing and fit may vary due to brand or garment cut. Orders are not custom-fitted and cannot be adjusted once placed.

5. Style Preferences & Box Customization

  • Customers may choose up to 2 style types per box (e.g. men’s and women’s). Clothing will be split as evenly as possible.

  • There is no limit on the number of boxes a customer may purchase per order.

  • All items are randomised — specific requests or exclusions cannot be guaranteed.
